"I first met Robby in March of 2023. At the time I was 67 years old, and a diabetic. I had trained with a variety of trainers in the past. After 1 session with Robby I signed up for a month of sessions working 3 times per week. I never missed a session nor did Robby in a full year! He made it fun!
